Trays are built with a 4mm RHS reinforcing frame, 6mm stringers, and 10mm mounts.
The traditional rope rail on our standard setup has been replaced with six flush-mounted tie-down points, providing a more practical and flexible way to secure loads while keeping the tray surface clear.
The headboard infill is a CNC cut panel with a hexagon pattern bolted into the headboard to protect the rear glass.
The pair of double tapered under tray toolboxes are made from 3mm aluminium construction, large rubber seals and slam locks (central locking compatible). A 1000mm trundle draw is also included, providing secure, sealed storage with central locking compatible slam locks and large rubber seals.
Water storage is fully integrated, with a 30L headboard poly water tank and a 65L undertray poly water tank, both plumbed to brass taps.
To complete the setup, the drop sides, undertray toolbox doors and side panels are colour coded to match your vehicle, with plate capping added to the top of the drop sides to protect high-wear areas.
