Maximum capability, fully loaded — built for serious touring from the outset.

The canopy includes a flush floor, completely reinforced frame, two slam locks that are central locking compatible, large rubber seals and lift-off points, with full length drop sides. A ladder is bolted to the back of the canopy for easy access to the canopy roof, and a roof platform is installed.

The Fully Loaded setup builds on this by integrating a complete touring system, including a rooftop tent and 270° awning mounted to the canopy, along with an internal canopy fit-out featuring a draw and table combination with a dedicated fridge space and dividing wall. An upright fridge/freezer and a complete 12V power system with a 200Ah lithium battery are also mounted within the canopy, creating a practical and self-sufficient setup for extended trips.

Maximum water storage capacity is included with a 65L undertray poly water tank, in addition to a 30L headboard poly water tank plumbed to a brass tap and mounted to the front of the mudguard.

A spare tyre holder is installed to the back of the canopy (to suit up to a 35” tyre), and a 20L jerrycan holder is also included, with a folding design for low loading height.

Trays are made from a 4mm checker plate base, 4mm RHS reinforcing frame, 6mm stringers, and 10mm mounts.

The headboard infill is a CNC cut panel with a hexagon pattern bolted into the headboard to protect the rear glass.

To complete the build, all key external components are colour coded to match your vehicle, including the drop sides, undertray toolbox doors and canopy doors, with plate capping added to the top of the drop sides to protect high-wear areas and maintain a clean, premium finish.
